HCG Gold Wellness Center works exclusively with Naturopathic Physicians , well known for their use of natural substances to help a body heal and improve health. ND’s are trained in 4 year post graduate naturopathic medical schools, pass national boards and are licensed in Washington and many other states. Naturopaths are trained and licensed to be general practitioners with a wide variety of skill sets, such as: nutrition, herbal medicine, physical and laboratory evaluations, hands on treatment like osseous adjusting and use of physical modalities.

IV’s and injections of health promoting substances are a common practice in naturopathic medicine.
